This is my “go to” ratchet and have had it for about 6 months. I can’t wait till SK has one in 1/2” and 1/4” drive!

I have had this ratchet for several years now, and it generally works well, but for the money there are better options. Out of the package it is a must to check the lubrication, and add more if needed, otherwise it will bind. The selector switch was green at launch but SK has since dropped that touch of color.

i’m used to the craftsman stuff, since most of that is made in china I have switched to sk and this is freaking phenomenal, high teeth count let you use it in tight spaces, you don’t need much room to get a click. the thing is a work of art, would last for handyman use 5 generations

Great chrome nice tolerance and overall good tool. I have used a few ratchets and this is a good one. Only thing is a con is it is slim and small and other places have it cheaper.

SK is having an issue with the supplier of the selector switch for this ratchet. There for you will not receive a green switch but a kinda dull looking one. The switch stick but if you oil it as you take apart the ratchet just stretch the spring a tiny bit not to much and it will work fine. Smooth rotations, engaged great. Just I guess a little upset that switch wasn’t there. Like buying a mustang 5.0 and leaving the lot without the 5.0 decal. Yeah it saids SK but make it stand out with the distinct SK green.
