not enough stars to go around for this one!
I have been a diesel tech for 18 yrs and have owned a slew of torque wrenches in my time. matco, snap-on, mac, proto, precision instrument, sk ,craftsman, kd, and bahco. i have seen them all come and go. i recieved this torque wrench yesterday and was thrilled by the fit and finish of this product! the calibration specs were the best i have ever seen- by far! 1.3% +- at the bottom of the torque range and 0% deviation at max range_250foot pounds(scaled at 249.95lb). this is an incredible wrench made of extremely high quality materials. if you are a serious mechanic do not pass this one up! you won’t find a better torque wrench! i will report back after using this wrench for a while and report on it’s durability.

Very smooth well built made in USA torque wrench
Very smooth ratcheting. Push button release. All metal handle(gearwrenches have plastic handle). I have a 3/8(10-100lbft) and 1/2 (50-250lb ft)kobalt(older dahnler USA models) torque wrenches. I also have a 1/4(30-200inch lbs) and a 3/8 flex head(5-75lbft) gearwrench torque wrenches. The wright has a more solid feel than the kobalts and gearwrench torque wrenches. The wright has forward neutral(doesnt ratchet either forward or in reverse) and reverse. Case is disappointing soft plastic(you know they soft pliable plastic that gets like mush in the sun). Gearwrench and kobalts have hard plastic.
