Omelet Fittata Pan

Adore this pan. Many years ago ordered 5 for Christmas gifts for the children because I used an old omelet pan frequently and thought it was a very useful pan. My pan had a plastic handle and after 15+ years finally broke. We were without a pan for a long time until I discovered this Nordic Ware pan still on Amazon. I bought it and we used it the next morning. It says wash by hand and I did, but usually I put everything in the dishwasher. It was perfect except the top handle was really hot when I flipped the omelet. I think my old pan had two full handles. Anyway, the long handle did not heat up but the curved handle did. I’ll have to remember that. But… so far so good.

Omelette pan

I made my first omelet in this pan today and it turned out really good. I’m going to enjoy having it and making different kinds of omelets in it.
