Great pans
I love these pans! Bought them for two purposes. 1 was to cook bacon in the oven. Worked great! The 2nd was for roasting foods for my hellofresh recipes. They have worked great and the grids come in handy.

Really good pan
I haven’t had a Nordic Ware before now. This is dramatically heavier than the old pans I’ve used for many years. Haven’t used it yet, but most likely I’ll be able to hand this down to one of my children. Definitely I’d recommend this to anybody.
