I had 2 of these and I ordered a third. They are easy to clean, the ridges make the cakes easy to release, and my cakes always come out baked perfectly. As a baker, I highly recommend!

I SPRAY SOME PAM INTHE BOTTOM AND PUT A PARCHMENT PAPER LINER IN. I BAKE THEM FOR THE MINIMUM TIME THE RECIPE STATES. MY TWO LAYER CAKES COME OUT PERFECT. YES!
