So pleased with this All-Clad set!

Received my All-Clad D5 set earlier this week and I’m absolutely THRILLED with it! All-Clad always makes a quality product and the D5 series is no exception. The heat distribution, ease of handling, quality of sear, etc. are all unmatched. It is a necessary investment if you are serious about cooking. With 5 layers of cladding I’ll say the heft of the skillets in particular takes some getting used to, but this is not an issue at all!

As promised

Really enjoying the cookware. Solidly built. Heat distribution as promised. Will last a lifetime. Only neg is non-stick but I knew that before I purchased. I did buy two All Clad non stick fry pans for quick, everyday cooking (scrambled eggs, for ex) w easy cleanup.

Not easy to clean

We made a grilled cheese sandwich and i had to soak the pan for a day and SCRUB with All-Clad cleanser with some muscle to get the scorch off. I had my husband spray with avocado oil because the pans are not non-stick and that may have been the problem. I love the pans and my sandwich was cooked perfectly. I am just a little concerned about food sticking.

Great for cooking, heats evenly!

Should have invested in these a long time ago but better late than never. Donated my old pans and have been using these along with my cast iron pans. They can be a little hard to clean but not if you heat the pan up first before putting food in. I usually soak them afterwards but have had no issues. Great investment!

Great pans but NOT a non-stick product

I’m sure once “seasoned” and used for a while they will not stick. Eggs are particularly problematic. Must use oil or butter to cook things. Heating is very even and consistent. Sears like a champ. Use “bartenders friend” powder to clean. Otherwise they stain easily.
