The quality of these all-Chad is great. They will last forever with their stainless steel. The heat distribution is really good. These two pans are essential in any home cooked kitchen.

Excellent skillets — they really do last forever and they cook like a champ. Heat the pan up before you add your oil or butter, and things won’t stick. Easy cleanup with Barkeeper’s Friend. Also, Capitol Cookware is excellent. I was able to find some open stock items through them directly that they weren’t selling here. Call them up and they might have what you’re looking for.

Exactly as described.. BUT be sure to read the instructions BEFORE use, as these are not the same as a Teflon coated pan… but they make good brown bits.. Just wish each had come with a lid… Have to buy them separate.
