I purchased this 1 pound loaf pan to bake a Lemon 🍋 pound cake mix. I greased pan with melted butter. Cake came out great. Cleans up easily. Happy with my purchase.

Keeps bread from burning on bottom
This will last several lifetimes the lighter metal helps keep the bottom from getting so dark and bitter. It makes the baking time correct , no guesswork.

Perfect pans, consistently producing perfectly baked bread
Everything about these pans is great. I liked them so much I soon added the 1.5 pound loaf pans which are 9 inches x 5 inches. Last year I purchased Nordic Ware jelly roll pans and have been highly impressed with them, so that brand was the only one I looked for when purchasing loaf pans.
