We bought this pan to replace one we’ve had for years but is now more discolored by baked-on grease than I think is safe for us to place food on. (If food wrapped in foil, then ok.) I wanted stainless steel, and this one is aluminized steel, so I may not have exactly what I wanted. However, I like the weight of the pan and the grooves in the bottom of pan. We’ve used it several times since purchase. I would buy again.

We prepare pizza for dinner at least once each week. We often use our Breville Smart Oven, and occasionally we use our full-sized wall oven. Over the years, we’ve used perhaps a dozen different pans, some small enough to fit the Breville countertop oven, plus several bigger pans that fit the full-sized wall oven. After being totally discouraged with the last round of pans (some warped, some with the finish coming off, some that won’t “release” the cooked dough, others just didn’t leave us with evenly cooked pizzas … or pizzas that were cooked through at all!) I decided to look for a new pan to fit the Breville Smart Oven. My USA Pan cake pans are my favorites, so I figured why not try their pizza pan?Hands down, THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA PAN EVER. Pizzas bake evenly, are cooked through, crusty on the bottom, and are a dream to slide off the pan (right out of the oven, we slip the pizza off the pan and onto a cutting board where we slice—I’d never slice on my precious USA Pan!). Plus, the beautifully finished, nicely weighted pan is a snap to clean. After many pizzas, it looks and feels like new. We like it so much, I bought a second pan (we sometimes cook two pizzas in the Breville, one after the other) and I’ll be purchasing a third one for my college-aged son. Great pan and a super price. I’m delighted with it.

I was leery of the “not to put in the dishwasher” remarks, but I found as well that it has not needed it. I have made cookies and homemade pizza with this pan and it cooks and cleans better than any of my other pans including my Pampered Chef stone that is well seasoned. I can not remark on the longevity though, I have only used it a few times. I like that it is made in the USA too!

Wow, I really like this pan. Unknowingly bought a pre-made pizza that turned out to be greasy and had lots of cheese overflow. What a mess! This pan not only baked evenly but the outer raised edge contained the mess from overflowing into the oven. Afterward, it cleaned up perfectly with just a quick rinse under the faucet and a swish of dish soap. Definitely top rated IMHO.
