    Best Baking Sheet I’ve Used!

Last Christmas season my husband ruined my baking sheets and threw them out. I didn’t find out until it was time to bake cookies!! So I was desperate and just ran to the grocery store to buy some. They. Were. Awful. I got the cookies done and decided I would research what Baking sheets were the best. All the ones I’d had before were really just “meh”. I read on blogs and other review sites that these were the ones to get. So, I ordered them and let me tell you, they’ve lived up to the hype. Not the cheapest ones out there but so, so wonderful. I always use a silpat when I bake and coupled with these baking sheets – cookies and buns come out just fantastic!!! I’ll be ordering other sizes as well!!

    NordicWare is the best.

These are the best baking sheets I’ve ever used. Mid-way through my childhood we stumbled upon NordicWare and these were a stable growing up. They heat evenly, release cleanly, clean well, and last forever. The improvement over cheaper sheets was always apparent at holidays when we would try to use my grandparents’ sheets, which were terrible. My wife and I just upgraded the sheets she had when we married, and already everyone loves them.

    Good quality. Made in USA

I have been replacing my cheaply made warped pans with Nordic Ware. I love that they are American made. They are very sturdy and do not warp. I have also bought 2 decorative bunt pans that are of fantastic quality and make beautiful cakes. These sheet pans are not non-stick so you will need parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. I really like these pans. I will be buying more and would definitely recommend them.

    Love, Love, Love!!

These are the best cookie sheets I have owned. I simply put my parchment paper on top for roasting potatoes, cooking chicken tenders, cookies etc. Works great and evenly distributes heat. Best cookie sheets I have ever used for baking cookies. Clean up really nice too. Have not put in the dishwasher because there really has been no need if you use parchment paper. Will buy again.

I have go thru a few other sheets pans looking for a sturdy one to accompany my old beat up one

Yes, you can use this under a broiler or at 450+ degree F to roast vegetables, and yes, cooked-on oil comes clean and doesn’t affect the stickiness of the pan. This is all aluminum, with (allegedly) steel around the edges so it doesn’t warp at high temperatures. Very heavy duty pan.A little history: when I moved out on my own for the 1st time, my mom gave me a no name aluminum sheet pan. I have abused this thing for about 10 years. My mom had it for probably 20 before me. I have a little family of my own now and my husband likes roasted veggies, but I have found that I often make broccoli and potatoes or fries or homemade chicken nuggets in the same night. I have go thru a few other sheets pans looking for a sturdy one to accompany my old beat up one. They all would twist or warp over 400 degrees like it was their job. Didn’t seem like the price made a difference. I had cheap ones and then expensive ones. They all went funny at 400. I assumed all pans did that these days and almost gave up, but then I found this one. Two, actually. So now I have three awesome pans. I use the old one and one new one for veggies, and the third exclusively for baking cookies so it will stay cleaner and stick free.Note: these are not “non-stick”, they are just not sticky because the metal is really smooth. If you’re afraid of chemicals leeching into your foods from non-stick coatings, these are a good choice. Use a fat (oil, shortening) to make foods easy to remove from the pan.
