Best cake pan ever

The cake pans are the best. I made several cakes with the pans. The cake bakes evenly, and comes out of the pan with ease. I did not coat the pan with oil and flour and the cake came out of the pan easily.

Quality

These lived up to the hype of using professional grade versus regular. The pans are sturdy, easy to clean (food glides off). I made 2 melkterts (custard tarts) and the cakes released from the edges by themselves, I didn’t even have to use non-stick spray or anything. Very impressed. Wish I hadn’t wasted money all those years ago on regular pans.
